Heartbeats raced. Time ticked. All were set in stone. One dashed at the speed of light. One screamed in utmost terror. One had his feet glued to the ground, making no sudden movements as the sharp tip zoomed in his vision.

A loud exhalation of both relief and fatigue slipped through her mouth. White stood on top of a small hill. A smile formed her face as she saw the city of Mistralton. “Well guys,” she spoke as White looked from behind. Her team of four met her gaze, all beaming with smiles even with exhaustion lingering in their veins. “Good news is I can see Mistralton City.” White held her hips, huffing proudly at their advance.
“Bad news is I can’t take any more walking.” Her huffs of tenacity soon turned into groans of fatigue. She let her body fall backwards, arms spread apart and back landing on the soft bed of grass. Her Pokémon stood above her head, eyeing White with dry, amused chuckles.
Blowing a short sigh, she looked up. “Mind if we camp out here tonight, guys? I swear I can’t move another muscle and I’m too lazyyyy,” she moaned childishly as White rolled left and right. Her arms were on her stomach. Her legs were bent as she swayed around. Sounds of their laughter echoed in her ears, making White flash a white, cheeky smile.
“That settles it then!” Quickly she sat up straight and turned around. Her smile staying on her face, White asked, “So who wants me to batch up some Sitrus soup for dinner?”
Needless to say her Pokémon tackled her to the ground with loud barks and huge smiles on their faces.
N sat quietly at the rail of the Driftveil Drawbridge. He hugged his knees, eyes on the clear water. His reflection was shining elegantly before him. His emerald eyes shined dully at the sparkling image.
“You better be ready coz I will defeat you.”
”Yes, I hate their leader.”
Her words were like a blast of echoes, banging his eardrums minute by minute. He sighed bitterly, slamming his forehead on his knees. She hated him. She wanted N to lose. She wanted N defeated.
She will snatch away all he had believed in since he was born.
”Oh wow…” N was thrown in awe as he gazed upon the beauty inside Cerulean Cave. The stone walls shined as hidden crystal were engraved in them. Pokémon like Goldeens, Gravelers, and Zubats invaded their habitat, happily minding their own businesses. He turned left, only to see some Geodudes rolling around in dirt, probably playing around. The grown man had changed into an excited child once he stepped inside the hidden cavern. Before he entered, N had slight doubt since Typhlosion told him of the dangers and threats. But once he did saw the beauty in front of him, the greenette actually thought that maybe the volcano Pokémon was just joshing him.
’Ahem.’ A small growling took N’s attention, snapping him from his stunned admiration. He stared forward, seeing Kotone’s Gyarados happily and patiently waiting for him by the water. N gave a bashful chuckle, embarrassed that he would be absorbed in his wonder while there was an important mission at stake. Giving the place one last glance, he walked towards the atrocious Pokémon with a triumphant puff. “Lead the way, milady.”
1. Green aka The Snarky Bastard
“Tch,” Green taunted in arrogance. “Bitch please, I’m fabulous.” The young man scoffed loftily as he flipped his glossy brown hair.
2. Wally aka The Sick and Forgotten
“Nobody cares about me…” Wally lamented in sorrow as he sat near the far corner of the room.
3. Jun aka The Hyperactive ASDFGHJKL
“OOOOO LET’S GO BATTLING OH MY ARCEUS IS THAT A BIDOOF PREPARE TO DIE BIDOOF AMG HURRY UP HIKARI YOU’RE SO SLOW THAT BIDOOF IS RUN- SWEET MOTHER OF ARCEUS IS THAT A FLYING LEAF.” Jun screamed and shouted madly as he chased the flying leaf caused by the breeze.
4. Cheren aka The Nerd
“I am smart and knowledgeable about Pokémon and even though White keeps beating me in battles, it doesn’t matter coz I am wearing jeggings.” Cheren said nonchalantly as he pushed his specs up the bridge of his nose.
5. Bianca aka The Clumsy Ditz
“Yiiiii hey Whi- Oh my Arceus is that a Minccino it’s so fluffy I MUST LOVE IT!” Bianca squealed in joy as she chased the frantic chinchilla Pokémon.
6. White aka The Tomboy
“Alright, who’s next?” White growled wildly as she happily cracked her knuckles. The last man who had an arm-wrestling match with her groaned and cried in pain for his broken arm.
7. Kotone aka The Crazy Happy-Go-Lucky
“The world is a happy place and I am a happy girl and I like to hug and love and yayy!” Kotone cheered as she hopped and skipped on the grassy field. Typhlosion could only stare at his trainer in bewilderment.
8. Silver aka The Emo
”I HATE EVERYONE!” Silver hissed in hatred.
9. N aka The Manchild
“Why is the world so cruel to Pokémon WHYYY?!” N wailed in despair as he looked up the bright blue skies. Zoroark stood by his side and ate his berries calmly, ignoring his friend’s usual lament.
10. Red aka Chuck Norris’ Son
Red casually sat on a dead pile of the world’s strongest men as he stared blankly into space. On his left hand, however, was holding a giant bazooka with the words ‘SWAG’ on it.

“Mama, where are we going?”
Emery looked at his son. The child tugged the sleeve of her blouse. Pursing a small smile, she answered, “We’re going to Sinnoh to see grandma and grandpa. Isn’t that fun?”
The boy bit the insides of his cheeks. He gazed out front. The wonderful island of Cinnabar was slowly fading away from his gaze. He then focused his attention back at his mother. “But Mama, isn’t Papa coming with us?”
He saw her mother’s smile slowly fading away. Emery averted her gaze, her finger softly tapping her cheek. “Well darling, Papa has lots of work to do back home. Sometimes Papa has to sacrifice himself just so he can make us happy.”
His head tilted to the left, confused with his mother’s explanation. “Sacrifice…?”

“What the…where the hell am I?” Green asked dumbfoundedly as he stared at the computer screen. All he saw was a mountain. And as he pressed ‘N’ on his keyboard to refresh, once again, he got a picture of another mountain.
“Dammit! Why do I end up in mountains! Where is the airport?” The boy asked irritatingly as clicked on ‘Denmark’ next.
Once again, he got stranded on a mountain.
